Holiday to Ibiza, one of the most popular and famous Balearic Island is blessed with clear skies for more than 300 days of the year. The toasty summer lasts from May through to early October, with peak sizzle season in July and August.  Ibiza is widely known for its wild nightlife, but there is also plenty of other exciting things to do during the day including  fun festivals, events and activities taking place during this period.

As the famous clubs call closing time, the mass of fun-in-the-sun-seekers return to whence they came and the island sheds its summer skin, revealing a more mellow side. From November to April, the weather does cool, but the winter sunshine ensures you’ll still make your Vitamin D quota. The marina in Ibiza Town has hundreds of yachts bobbing in the Mediterranean Sea, with a host of restaurants, boutique shops, trendy bars and a variety of hotels overlooking the boats. One of the best things to do in Ibiza is  walking through the ancient gate into the city which  is really evocative with ancient sandstone fortress. Food & Drinks
Food & Drinks

Every restaurant, café and bar featured on Ibiza Spotlight has been carefully selected for quality and value. Offering a wide range of culinary choice and ambience the one thing they all have in common is a strong reputation for maintaining high standards year after year. Expect to enjoy tempting food, stylish or rustic surroundings and great service.
Restaurants in Ibiza are open for lunch from around 13.00 and for dinner from around 20.00 till late. At 20.00 you'll have a good chance of obtaining the best table in the restaurant as the locals, Spanish and Italian holidaymakers probably won't arrive before 22.00, particularly on balmy summer evenings. Many restaurants on Ibiza open all year round although they may have different opening times. These offer tremendous value for three course lunches, very often including a glass of wine, beer or soft drink.

Exotic Beaches
Exotic Beaches

There are more than 80 beaches around Ibiza’s beautiful coastline. Seven of these are designated as ‘Blue Flag’, which assures not just the water quality but the provision of bathroom facilities, lifeguards and other tourism services.
The beaches on the White Isle range from long stretches of golden sand sliding into shallow blue seas to quiet rocky coves with crystal clear waters. Many of the bigger beaches have been claimed by resorts, mainly San Antonio, Santa Eulalia and Ibiza Town, but there are many more to discover off the beaten track. Here are some of the most popular, find a longer list further below. The White Isle is known for hedonism, for spirituality and barefoot bohemia. But it also has an extraordinary number of sensational beaches, from wild-and-free bays to perfect little white-sand coves.

Nightlife
Nightlife

There are three main clubbing resorts on Ibiza. Playa d'en Bossa on the east coast of the island, just south of Ibiza town, boasts the longest beach of the island and a pulsating nightlife.
At night the party continues until dawn in the large clubs Eden and Es Paradis right next to the palm tree-lined promenade.Ibiza Clubs. Space, Pacha, Amnesia, Privilege, Esparadis and Eden are the biggest names of Ibiza's clubbing scene but sometimes over commercialism, the real spirit has been lost to overcrowded dance floors and hefty door prices.

Water Activities
Water Activities

On Ibiza the sea is your playground. All of the main resort beaches have a water sports centre for jet-skis, parasailing and water-skiing and other motorised fun. Stand-up paddling and kayaking are also on the menu here.
At the port in Ibiza Town you could also charter a yacht: You can sail alone if you’ve got the experience or hire a boat with its own captain to take you anywhere you want to go around Ibiza’s craggy coast. There are 17 diving schools on the island and there are all kinds of caves and underwater drop-offs to see.
